Any previous opt out will remain in effect until you notify us otherwise in writing.

HOW TO OPT OUT
If you wish to opt out of the Bounce Protection Service for your checking account, you may do so by using any of the following methods:

• Call our Customer Service Center at 866.8.CENTURY
• Visit one of our conveniently located branches
• Click onto the OPT OUT button and complete an Opt out form requesting OPT OUT.
